Registration Policies

All NER DE event applicants must register online with ClubRegistration.net.  ClubRegistration.net is a registration solution that PCA national has endorsed and the Northeast region will be using it so we can provide an easier registration process.  ClubRegistration.net accepts payments using PayPal, credit cards and checks made out to PCA/NER.  Acceptance is confirmed on a first-come/first-serve basis when payment is received and is based on the payment date. No payments may be made before March 1; any that are will be null and void. Note: For NCR hosted events, consult their web site, www.ncr-pca.org for registration info.

Registration closes two (2) weeks prior to each event. No admission after that except by special exception of the DE Registrar and/or Track Chair.

Anyone admitted by special exception pays a $100 late fee.

As a cost-saving and efficiency measure, NER has instituted a nearly paperless process. Confirmations with links to event information will be sent by E-mail. If you do not have E-mail, please find a relative or friend who does so that you can get this information in a timely manner.

Everyone who attends an NER DE event is expected to review and understand the information in the event packet. Print out the packet and bring it with you (don't forget the track map), as this will be your only copy. A week to two weeks before any event, be sure to look for "Track Rats Message" containing last-minute details and reminders from the Track Chair. Sometimes, there is 11th-hour information you need to know.

A few registration caveats:
Signing up for an event without paying is not a full registration. Until your payment is received, either check or credit card through PayPal, you are not registered and a space will not be held for you in the event.
With the exception of the May 18-20 event at NHMS, all registrations will normally be for the entire 1, 2, or 3 days of the event. A driver wishing to register for fewer days than the entire event may have to pay a surcharge ($25 / day) and should check first with the registrar.

Instructors are urged to register early to allow us to admit as many student drivers as possible. 
If Instructors register within 2 weeks of an event, they will pay an additional $25 / day beyond the Instructor rate. In the case of NHMS events that period is 21 days prior to the event and $75 / day.
All of the above surcharges are at the discretion of the Registrar, Chief Instructor and/or Track Chair and will be determined by the individual circumstances of each event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no refund for cancellation two weeks or less prior to the event.

A refund is at the discretion of the registrar and will be made only if space can be filled from the appropriate run group waiting list.

There is no refund for stopped event once a car has been on the track.

There is no refund for those who do not come to the track when the event is never started. Partial refund may be available to those who come to the track when an event is not started.

All refunds will be issued by check a month after the event in question.

For payments made through Paypal, refunds are subject to a 5% service fee.

As mentioned before, all registration for NER hosted events will take place through ClubRegistration.net.  All final pricing is available on ClubRegistration.net, and is unlikely to change from the pricing below:
